The long and eagerly awaited OUTDOOR PATIO at Cafe Lotus in Fairfax will be officially dedicated on Tuesday, Sept. 29th, 5:00 p.m. The grand opening will include a ribbon cutting ceremony with special guest Hon. Mayor Barbara Coler followed by a Fairfax Chamber Mixer at 5:30 pm
