BIKE RIDE FOR KIDS & ADULTS: A new Law requires cars to pass bikes no closer than 3 ft. What does this mean for bikes & cars? A League of American Bicyclist instructor from WheelEscape will offer free instruction on how to stay safe while riding in the street.
