Introduction

To create a reservation, go to Create Content >> Reservation. Once there, enter your date/time range, and select items to reserve. You can check if there are any conflicts with other reservations using the "Check Availability" button. Users can print the contract text using the "Printable contract" link.

As the administration user, you can edit any reservation and assign an individual camcorder, etc. to it. You can also change the MERCI status -- Confirmed, Pending, Checked out, etc. You can also add new equipment by going to the Create Content page. To modify the hourly rate and a few other settings, you need to go to http://cmcm-dev.civicactions.net/admin/content/types and click the "Edit" link for the item in question. On the form that appears, you should see a collapsed section toward the bottom called "MERCI." Clicking on this will expand it to display the MERCI settings. Finally there are some additional configuration options, such as opening hours and the contract text, at http://cmcm-dev.civicactions.net/admin/settings/merci

There's a video at http://www.denveropenmedia.org/sites/default/files/archive_new/Open_Medi... that demonstrates MERCI's features. It's slightly technical but worth watching if you're not clear on any of the above instructions.
