Join Rising Sun Energy Center for tricks and treats to save water at home!Come and celebrate an Eek-O-friendly Halloween at the Downtown San Rafael Trick or Treat event.We will share easy ways residents can scare the drought by saving water.Come enjoy games,treats,prizes & more!
