Workshop - Fearless Fermentation

Learn how to make sauerkraut and pickles, the technical aspects of lacto-fermentation, how to make kombucha and water kefir, and the art and science of preserving vegetables with good bacteria. Workshop includes gourmet tastings of Karen's fermented foods, and each student will bring home their own creation.
