Playback Application/Compliance Form
Both the playback application and the compliance forms are available to download online. You can fill out the necessary information and read them on your own accord.
The playback application is exactly what you need if you are trying to air your show on Channel 26,27, or 30. When your ready and you have filled out the necessary information just come down to the CMCM located in downtown San Rafael and drop of your application.
We ask that you read and understand the compliance form before submitting your playback application. It's important to understand the rules and regulations that your program must follow.
